Our menu can also be the hit of your party. We take advantage of Mr and Mrs Snow travel experiences, together with the diversity of dishes produced by our team and present the multiple possibilities that can be adapted to your taste and the style of your event.

Our menu is the purest translation of what diversity is. With multicultural cuisines of the most different nationalities, without forgetting the typical FINS by Steven “Snowy” Snow dishes, we stroll through the flavours of the world. There is also space for those who have different eating styles: those who are vegetarian, those who are vegan, those who love pasta, etc.

We offer specific cuisines such modern Australian, Asian, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, among other options. There are also vegan, vegetarian, celiac and diabetic options, all guided by our celebrity Chef Steven Snow.

Along with decoration and music, the wedding food is one of the protagonists of the party and should be chosen with caution by the bride and groom.

More important than what will be served, is to choose a menu that has the face of the couple, corresponds to the style of the celebration and fits easily within the budget.

FOOD BARS:

This is an option that can be adopted by all those hosts who want to transform your event into a unique moment. Having a cook preparing the dishes live, in front of the guests, is a show in itself. It fills the environment with aromas, attracts all those who are passionate about gastronomy, reveals methods of preparation, in short, gives a really special touch.

For this, however, it is essential to file the details with the service team. The cook must have a team of waiters prepared to remove the dishes prepared efficiently, since in events for many guests collective dishes will be prepared, to be displayed on the buffet tables.

COCKTAIL:

The proposal of this service is informal, with food passing by and people being able to eat standing or in lounges. The interesting thing is that the guests can taste different foods and it is possible to be more creative with the dishes, using spoons, cups, bowls, silver pots, bowls, etc. It provides a more dynamic party without ups and downs as food is served all the time.

ALTERNATE DROP MENU:

alternate drop service is where two menu dishes are chosen by the hosts in advance. people are served each meal, alternatively i.e. fish, beef, fish, beef etc. generally diners are free to swap meals on their table if someone else is willing. alternate drop is commonly used in Australia and New Zealand and it’s quite popular at large events instead of buffet style or basic menu options for each guest. vegetarian guests, or those with dietary needs usually receive a different meal.
