Celebrity chef and restaurateur Steven 'Snowy’ Snow has been operating on the north coast of NSW for 32 years. His iconic fine diner Fins Restaurant is a seafood institution.

Snowy has published 2 best-selling cookbooks, along with years of TV presenting, writing for glossy magazines and key note speaking. Snowy was the principal host of Channel 7’s lifestyle program Guide to the Good Life.
The king of balance, Snowy is known as the North Coast's original surfing seafood chef. When away from the beach, Snowy travels the world as a guest chef. Fins has been awarded almost every gong, currently 'Best Seafood Restaurant in Australia', ‘Most Sustainable Seafood Restaurant’ in NSW and 22 consecutive years of Chefs Hats.

Morgan personifies grace. You will find her managing a team of 50 staff, consulting to restaurants, opening new projects, teaching yoga, training hospitality staff, writing wine lists, teaching wine classes, running 2 businesses, serving food at her daughter’s school canteen, exhibiting paintings in galleries, up a ladder, she’s everywhere. Snowy’s partner in crime, these two do everything with love!

Wedding & Event Coordinator

Juliette is from Reunion Island. A Psychologist, a yoga teacher, a model, she’s our diligent Coordinator who does not miss a beat! Juliette is a girl with so many brains there is nothing she can’t do. And so classically French you will here her say “I love a good meditation as much as a bottle of French champagne”.

Juliette brings the dreams to reality.

Operations Manager

Honor is a true professional in the industry. She can’t help but being perfect and lovable. She provides the ultimate French service with attention to detail, elegance and will be by your side from start to finish. She’s an obsessive runner, usually clocking 18km prior to starting a wedding.

Andy did serious “chef time” in Melbourne heavy hitter restaurants however opted to move north to raise a family, have the best veggie garden on earth and cook the food he loves. Andy has serious talent and stops at nothing to find, grow and cook the very best produce for us. An all time good guy.
