Director of Food, Celebrity Chef, Co-owner
Celebrity chef and restaurateur Steven 'Snowy’ Snow has been operating on the north coast of NSW for 32 years. His iconic fine diner Fins Restaurant is a seafood institution.
Snowy has published 2 best-selling cookbooks, along with years of TV presenting, writing for glossy magazines and key note speaking. Snowy was the principal host of Channel 7’s lifestyle program Guide to the Good Life.
The king of balance, Snowy is known as the North Coast's original surfing seafood chef. When away from the beach, Snowy travels the world as a guest chef. Fins has been awarded almost every gong, currently 'Best Seafood Restaurant in Australia', ‘Most Sustainable Seafood Restaurant’ in NSW and 22 consecutive years of Chefs Hats.
Morgan
General Manager, Co-owner
Morgan personifies grace. You will find her managing a team of 50 staff, consulting to restaurants, opening new projects, teaching yoga, training hospitality staff, writing wine lists, teaching wine classes, running 2 businesses, serving food at her daughter’s school canteen, exhibiting paintings in galleries, up a ladder, she’s everywhere. Snowy’s partner in crime, these two do everything with love!

Vinciane
Operations Manager
Vinciane (or ‘V’) is a true professional in the industry. With years and years under her belt in all areas of the hospitably industry, Vinciane has found her happy place in the wedding and event world. Originally from USA, ‘V’ speaks 4 languages fluently (Spanish, French, English and Portuguese) and now calls Australia home. Often asked; Where does your name come from? Her eccentric French mother chose the letter V based on the configuration of important dates in her and her father’s life, then opened a name book from the 1900’s that she inherited, looked up the letter V and voila.. Vinciane is born!
Andy
Chef
Andy did serious “chef time” in Melbourne heavy hitter restaurants however opted to move north to raise a family, have the best veggie garden on earth and cook the food he loves. Andy has serious talent and stops at nothing to find, grow and cook the very best produce for us. An all time good guy.
Andy cooks the magic.
