With prior notice we can cater for all dietary requirements and will happily customize a menu should you be seeking for example a full vegan menu.
Post Ceremony
We suggest that you do not rush the post ceremony experience. The pressure is over and this is the fun part of the afternoon! We recommend a light food offering while you are having your bridal photos (usually one hour for photos). We include a complimentary photo hamper for the bridal party (1 bottle of Sparkling Wine, 4 flutes, 4 beers).

Your guests will be offered a cocktail to enjoy with their pre-dinner canapes. A barman will be shaking cocktails to order in front of you. You can pre-organise your cocktail list such as; Kaffir Lime and Chilli Margaritas, Espresso Martinis, Aperol Spritz, Passion fruit + Belvedere Spritz or more simply a Gin and Tonic Bar!
Your guests will be ordering their choice of spirits through our bartender. Our range of spirits includes Belevedere Vodka, Glenmorangie Original Scotch Whisky, Jack Daniels Bourbon, Bundaberg Original Rum, Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, Ink Gin, Brookie’s Dry Gin et. al.
You don’t have to pay for everything. You can choose to not include some beverage into your package but offer a cash bar instead. Your guest will open a tab with our bartender and pay for their own drinks at the end of the night or simply tap and go. Your drinks package will begin on the conclusion of your ceremony. You may want to consider an on consumption offering prior to the ceremony.
