Step by step wedding planning

Organising your dream day can be overwhelming! Don't you worry, our team of wedding & event experts are here to assist you and ensure that you're having the best experience throughout the organisation and on the day of your wedding.

First thing on your to do list, was to secure your wedding venue - which is now done ! Congrats!

Second thing - add your due dates to your calendar. Final details are due 45 days and final invoice 30 days prior to your wedding. Everything will be ready a month prior to the big day. So you'll have time to relax and enjoy yourself!

Third thing is to send out your "Save the date", or if this is done already, it's invitation time now that the venue is secured! Let guests know they should RSVP, as we do require final numbers 45 days prior to your wedding date.

Fourth thing, we suggest start filling out our Wedding Help List as soon as you book things in. This is a gradual thing and will help you keep on track.
